Instagram has made it easier than ever to share stories with their new story templates feature. With this new tool, you can easily create a story template and repost it so you don't have to think up a new idea every time you want to post content.
To repost an Instagram Story, follow these steps:
- 1. Find the story template you want to use from your own personal gallery or in someone else's feed
- 2. Tap the heart button at the top of the screen that corresponds with the story template
- 3. Fill in any information that needs to be added and tap on 'share'
Posting user-generated content can be a great way to fill your Instagram feed with gorgeous and compelling content. Reposting stories is easy, but sometimes it's not so simple to find who posted the story first.
There are two different ways to find the story that you want to repost on Instagram.
1) The first method is by using the search bar in Instagram Stories. You can type in some keywords and do a quick search for the story that you're looking for. This will bring up all of the stories that have those words in their captions or tags.
2) The second method, which works especially well if you're looking for an older post, is by scrolling through your own feed until you find what you're looking for. Sometimes it might take some time

- 2. Find the other person’s story to share on your own account by clicking on their name and then clicking "Repost"
- 3. Click the “Share” button and select the story template that you want to use
