If you’re importing from a file, choose Open File and navigate to where your SQL files are stored on your computer's file system. If you’re importing from an external URL, copy the URL where you have saved your file and paste it into the text field below this option. Next, click Open to begin importing your data into phpMyAdmin! You can also export databases by navigating to Databases – > Export under Administration – > Tools – > External tool – > MySQL Database Manager (Dump).
